If you wish to change your booking with Emerald Express, please Contact Us. This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Emerald Express. Change fees will apply.
No ticket change for tickets on public holidays.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

In accordance with the policy of Emerald Express, tickets are non-refundable but exchangeable for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
