The following change terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to change the travel date or departure time, please Contact Us. This option is available until 1 day before departure. Change fees may apply.

- 5% of the ticket fare + 25,000 VND per ticket if the ticket has been issued
- 20% of the ticket fare + 25,000 VND per ticket if 2 to 4 days to departure
- 40% of the ticket fare + 25,000 VND per ticket if 1 to 2 days to departure
- No ticket change if less than 1 day to departure or departure on public holiday

The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with 3S Limo, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund. This option is available until 2 days before departure.

Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.

- 20% of the ticket fare + 25,000 VND per ticket if the ticket has been issued
- 50% of the ticket fare + 25,000 VND per ticket if 2 to 3 days to departure
- No refund if less than 2 days before departure or departure on public holiday
