Thuận Phát Limousine điều hành các xe SUV và các xe minivan.
Xe SUV thường được sử dụng cho các chuyến di chuyển ngắn đến trung bình, mang lại sự thoải mái và linh hoạt hơn cho nhóm nhỏ hoặc gia đình.
Các mẫu SUV phổ biến nhất bao gồm Toyota Fortuner và Ford Everest, với không gian nội thất rộng rãi, có hai hoặc ba hàng ghế và sức chứa từ 4 đến 7 hành khách.
Xe minivan thường được hành khách lựa chọn cho các chuyến đi ngắn chạy vào ban ngày giữa các thành phố trong cùng một tỉnh hoặc các tỉnh lân cận.
Mẫu minivan phổ biến nhất là Hyundai Solati và Ford Transit. Có nội thất được tân trang lại với ba hàng ghế có sức chứa 10 đến 15 hành khách.

Nếu bạn muốn hủy đặt chỗ với Thuận Phát Limousine, vui lòng quản lý đặt chỗ của bạn và yêu cầu hủy bỏ để hoàn trả (nếu được phép theo điều kiện vé). Tùy chọn này có sẵn cho đến 48 tiếng trước khi khởi hành, sau thời gian này xin vui lòng liên hệ trực tiếp với Thuận Phát Limousine. Phí dịch vụ sẽ không được hoàn trả. Phí hủy bỏ sẽ được áp dụng.
- 20% + 35,000 VND mỗi vé nếu 48 tiếng trước khi khởi hành.
- Không hoàn trả nếu ít hơn 48 tiếng trước khi khởi hành.
Vé ngày lễ Tết sẽ không được phép hủy.

Bis was 1:30 late , driver was not nice at all. Forced us to sit at the front even with empty seats available at the back.. my seat had no seatbelt. I do not recommend this company at ALL ! AVOID IF YOU CAN Hugo
My companion and I booked a bus from 8am Hue pick up to 11am Hoi An arrival. We arrived at 11:48. The driver ended up making several random stops, picking up extra people and dropping them off. The driver arrived late to our meeting spot and we arrived 40 minutes late on our direct bus from Hue to Hoi An because of the disruptions. The driver did drop the extra passengers off at their resort hotel an hour outside of Hoi An however refused to drop us near our hotel when we asked. It was a very frustrating experience as the driver refused to communicate what was happening with us. This has probably been the worst experience we have had traveling in Vietnam. Erin
We got a message to say problems with the limousine so replacement car sent. It was supposedly big enough for 7 passengers but had a tiny boot space, insufficient for 7 tourists with travel and day bags. Only 4 bags fitted in. We ended up with travel backpacks and day bags on our laps, by our feet or squeezed between us. Conditions were cramped and unsafe. The back row passengers had no leg room. The company should have sent a vehicle with adequate boot space, like a normal car would have, or 2 cars. Ruth
There were not enough seats in the car but they put us all together in there anyway. Because of this there was also no option to wear a seatbelt. Charlotte
This transportation service was very poor. They tried to completely change my return time to the hotel, moving it two hours earlier, and informed me only 15 minutes before the new time they wanted, which is simply impossible when you’re in a city. To make things worse, communication was a serious issue. They do not speak English, only Vietnamese, making it impossible to understand anything. I tried calling them, sending emails, and WhatsApp messages, but it was extremely frustrating. Overall, the experience was stressful and I absolutely do not recommend this service. In the end, I had to rush because they changed the departure time again just 15 minutes before the originally agreed schedule. Rodrigo
We booked a limousine and a private car took us to Da Nang. Then in Da Nang we were transferred to the limousine where the driver was reckless and endangered us several times. Servera
Had a really bad experience getting from Hue to Hoi An. We had originally booked a limousine VIP service and paid for it but on the same morning were told the vehicle had issues so we would have a 7 seater instead. I didn’t have an issue with that and was told I’d be refunded 100K Dong per person (redound still not perceived). Long story short the journey was terrible. The 7-seater was ok but the driver did not offer any water or toilet breaks. We stopped once at a gas station because the driver wanted to go to the toilet so we had the chance to also go. In Da Nang the driver made us change cars in what it looked like a complete stranger we were not aware of is part of our trip. The second car was smelly and carried some boxes and cargo. For 35mins we were uncomfortable and had no space (my husband was sitting with his feet on some beer cartons). Both drivers kept texting in their phones while driving making the driving unpleasant and dangerous. Really poor service if I could give zero Chiara
Beyond the lack of communication we experienced regarding the departure time and the meeting point, we were very disappointed with the service provided. We had booked a limousine, but were given a lower-end vehicle with six passengers. The company had told us that we would have three seats for the two of us to compensate for the change in vehicle category, but there were in fact six people for six seats. In addition, the driver drove aggressively, honking constantly and playing loud music, on top of the already very high noise level from the other passengers. As we had booked this type of service to enjoy peace, quiet and comfort, none of these expectations were met. Given the poor quality of the service, we would have been better off taking the bus, which would have cost much less and been more pleasant. Diane
Nos recogieron media hora más tarde de lo que nos dijeron. Cuando nosotros nos subimos, aparte de 4 extranjeros, había otra pareja que pagó al conductor en efectivo, lo cual nos pareció sospechoso. After leaning of the flooding in HUE, i did not take the transport to HOI AN, and my hotel reservation in HUE was cancelled. As of approximately 10:00AM on November 8, 2025, the transport company had not yet responded to this matter. I hope to receive a refund. Hwee
I was supposed to be at the Pickup point at 8 AM, they started emailing me at 6:30 in the morning, telling me to arrive 30 minutes early then they said they would pick me up at my hotel. They wanted me to be ready at 7:15 and when I wasn’t, they said they would be there at 8 AM but they did not show up until 830. There was a huge amount of back-and-forth communication. It was very stressful and unhelpful, the driver was not able to confirm when I got on the shuttle my destination he kept saying Da Nang then when we got to Da Nang, we dropped off all the other passengers and they told me to get off the bus and there was another car there to take me to HoiAnvery poor communication when I arrive in hoi an the driver demanded that I pay him. ?? I told him I already paid ! Holiday all in all a terrible experience and the people that I was texting with on WhatsApp were awful blaming me for everything even though they were late and creating all kinds of stress with their communication demand Joanne
Le service a été très mauvais du début à la fin. Nous avions un trajet de Hué à Hoi An de prévu en bus limousine. Nous arrivons au point de rendez-vous, et le chauffeur ne nous adresse même pas la parole, quand nous souhaitons nous assoir sur les sièges libres, il nous indique violemment que non nous devons aller dans les places du fond qui sont très inconfortables. Ensuite, le conducteur conduit extrêmement dangereusement jusqu'à Da Nang, puis nous devons sortir du véhicule au milieu d'une route pour changer de véhicule. Rien ne nous est expliqué, on nous presse et jette nos bagages dans le coffre, je veux prendre quelque chose dedans, mais on m'en empêche. Nous devons donc faire la deuxième moitié du voyage en voiture et non pas en bus limousine pour laquelle nous avions payé un supplément. Nous arrivons finalement avec 30 minutes de retard à notre Hoi An. Heureusement, le second conducteur conduisait bien plus prudemment. Bref, nous ne recommandons absolument pas de prendre Baolau Baptiste
