Chitpasong Bus operates minibuses, seated buses and sleeper buses.
Minibuses and seated buses generally cover long distances during daytime and connect two or more cities in different provinces.
Minibuses are equipped with reclining seats and capacity for 17 passengers.
Sleeper buses generally cover long distances overnight and connect two or more cities in different provinces. Journeys can take up to 6 hours, so buses are prepared for passengers to sleep during most part of the journey.
The most common models of sleeper buses are double-deck coaches equipped with double beds or single beds and capacity for 30 to 40 passengers.

Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Chitpasong Bus, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 96 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Chitpasong Bus. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 3 USD + 1.0 USD per ticket if 96 hours or more to departure.
- No refund if less than 96 hours to departure.
No refund for tickets on public holidays.

The staff at the bus station didn't know how to deal with tickets bought online. They had to call back and forth, have shown me my ticket details and claimed that it wasn't my ticket although I told them that it was my phone number and have shown them my confirmation email including the PDF. The sleeper bus had mattresses which one had to share with another person. The bus arrived 90 minutes late. Luis
