Reviews
Amelie
Rhe pick up time was delayed one hour and was late another hour (two hours late from original schedule) Then many long stops (about 3,of 20 minutes and one of 30 minutes). Push the horn all way to destination. No peace. Lilliam
The bus made unnecessary stops which led to an hour and half delay. William
Bus llego 1.15 tarde a Hue Yonatan
The reserved seats were already taken when we got in the bus. We selected lower level beds because of transportation sickness, but they were not available. This is important to ensure that the person in charge will re enforce that ooint in the bus. Also, the man inside was NOT friendly at all and was "pushing us" to move to the available beds in the back of the bus Jacques
Our 22:30 bus from Phong Nha arrived at 21:40, departing at 21:45. Fortunately, we got there at 21:35 otherwise we would have missed it. The driver smoked on the bus whilst driving. He stopped at some shops, men had to pee on the bus trye or against a fence and women had to squat outside a shop! We arrived at 03:40 instead of 06:00. The driver was rude, abrupt and working to his own timetable - terrible! James
Le voyage s'est bien passé, mais il faudrait prévoir un arrêt "toilette" sur le trajet. Le chauffeur et son coéquipier parlaient un peu fort pendant la première heure ce qui était gênant pour dormir pour les places de devant Christine
1) Wrong pick up. 2) All bus staff actions looks likes improvisation .. which probably is. So .. not good. Stepan
We arrived roughly minutes too late. The bus stopped at a gas station and then a taxi driver brought us to the train station. We also made several stops in between without passengers being picked up. Luis
The driver was horrible. It felt like a bus-race for 5 hours. Overtaking cars is normal (we were the fastest vehicle) but it felt extremely hectic, nothing comparable to what we experienced in 2 weeks on the roads in Vietnam so far. My wife was under fear for the entire trip. On-top the admin-person was unfriendly and pushy like crazy. Not recommended to take this TP travel. Daniel
Baolau is the best site so far. I requested for an upgrade from a normal sleeper seat to a limousine luxury seat, the request was granted in a few minutes. Although I was charged again processing fees I still liked their promptness and fast reaction to such queries. Kudos and keep it up Omar
I am not sure, if the bus we have taken was from the company TP Travel, but I don’t think so. At the end it was the only was that came to the pick up point at the agreed time. We tried to asked, but nobody have spoken English and everyone said, that was the bus we had to take. In the bus was everything all right, we don’t have any complaints about it. The problem is, that we have booked a sleeper bus to Hoi an and the driver said that Da Nang the last stop was, so we had to go to Hoi A with the local bus. Gently the driver paid this bus for us, so we didn’t had additional costs. At the end we arrived like two hours later than the timetable said. Everything worked good at the end, but maybe it is fairer to say, that the sleeper bus is not going to Hoi An, so you know when you booked the ticket. Francisco
