Reviews
WhatsApp confirming location and pick up time, along with vehicle registration was very much appreciated. Smooth pleasant journey. Oliver
Our driver was impossible to get in contact with, he did not arrive to pick us up at the scheduled time. Our resort manager offered to call his number using his local service provider and told us he was asleep and just woke up. He ended up driving us in his personal car and not a private bus. We got going 1.5 hours late in the end. Sarah
Salah
exceptional services!! both in terms of customer service response and service delivery! transferred us on a private car although we only booked bus seats. . they definitely deserve a 10 star! highly recommended! . Lim
The bus left 20 minutes late and had not filled the tank with gas before departure so we loss another 10 minutes at the gas station. Then after barely 1 hour driving we stopped for another 20 minutes for a shopping break... So not ponctualité at all after all Victor
Bus drives not direct to ninh binh but via mai chau but we wereld in time for the next bus to cat Ba (good driver) Frits
The bus driver asked us for 100 000 dong per person to get us to our hotel... in the middle of the night! So we had no choice but to accept. Etienne
Raphael
All the buses I have taken in Vietnam have not been great. But this was by far the worse. There’s not too many options for pu Luong to Ninh Binh, but I highlight suggest looking elsewhere. Kelsey
