Express Rail Link is a Malaysian private railway company connecting KL Sentral and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA Terminal 1 and KLIA Terminal 2).
Trains operated by Express Rail Link
Express Rail Link operates two types of train services:
- - KLIA Ekspres: Non-stop service connecting KL Sentral and KLIA Terminal 1 / KLIA Terminal 2.
- - KLIA Transit: Convenient service connecting KL Sentral and KLIA Terminal 1 / KLIA Terminal 2, with a key stop at Bandar Tasik Selatan (BTS) for access to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS).
All services operate on a Non-reserved Seat basis.
Travellers are allowed to take any seat available in the train cars. On these cars, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. When all the seats are full, passengers must travel standing on the corridor or the coach entrance without blocking the access to other passengers.

Passengers with Kuala Lumpur Airport Express Ticket can travel on the services KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit.
KLIA Ekspres tickets are valid on KLIA Ekspres services only, and KLIA Transit tickets are valid on KLIA Transit services only. Please note that KLIA Transit tickets are not valid to board KLIA Ekspres services.

The following change terms apply to the train fares:

- The exchange orders are valid for 1 month from the selected travel date
- Other changes (if applicable) are subject to fare conditions and must be requested before departure
- Any amendment is subject to approval by the railway operator and applicable fare differences or charges
Passengers are advised to verify the reservation details carefully before completing payment.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the train fares:

In accordance with the policy of Express Rail Link and Rapid KL, the exchange orders are non-refundable but exchangeable for up to 1 month from the selected travel date.

- Exceptions, if any, are subject to approval by the railway operator at their discretion and supporting documentation
