Once your payment is complete, your reservation will be processed.

In the following 24 hours you will receive the itinerary and booking confirmation by email with the exchange order attached in PDF format..

How to use the metro pass?

The exchange order is valid to collect the metro pass at the KLIA Ekspres ticket counters. It cannot be used to board the train.

After arriving in Kuala Lumpur, passengers can exchange the KL TravelPass by presenting the exchange order at the KLIA Ekspres ticket counters located at KLIA T1 (International Arrival, Level 3), KLIA T2 (International Arrival, Level 2), or KL Sentral (KLIA Ekspres Departure Hall, Level 1)..

Once exchanged, the holder will be able to travel according to the validity indicated in the physical ticket.

Passengers can travel on KLIA Ekspres trains for single or return airport transfer and enjoy unlimited travel on LRT, MRT and monorail trains operated by Rapid KL for 2 days.

Once the unlimited travel period has ended, the holder will be able to reload the physical ticket at any metro or bus station, as well as at convenience stores, to continue travelling.
