Daiichi Travel operates minivans, seated buses and sleeper buses.
Minivans generally cover short distances during daytime and connect cities in the same province or neighboring provinces.
The most common model of minivan are the Hyundai Solati and the Ford Transit, having the interior refurbished with three rows of seats accommodating 10 to 15 passengers.
Seated buses generally cover long distances during daytime and connect cities in nearby provinces.
The most common models of seating buses are single-deck coaches equipped with reclining seats and capacity for 30 passengers.
Sleeper buses generally cover long distances overnight and connect cities in distant provinces. Journeys can take up to 6 hours, so buses are prepared for passengers to sleep during most part of the journey.
The most common models of sleeper buses are double-deck coaches equipped with shared berths or individual cabins and capacity for 20 to 40 passengers.

The following change terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to change your booking with Daiichi Travel, please Contact Us. This option is available until 24 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Daiichi Travel. Change fees will apply.
No change for tickets on public holidays.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Daiichi Travel, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Daiichi Travel. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 10% + 35,000 VND per ticket if 48 hours or more to departure.
- No refund if less than 48 hours to departure.
No refund for tickets on public holidays.

Teniamos reserva a las 23:30 y nos escribieron la noche de antes excusándose de que el bus estaba roto y que nos cambiaban a otro. En lugar de las 23:30 nos han recogido a las 21:30. En el autobús cama la luz no funcionaba, no pudiendo cargar el móvil. Al llegar, nos han dicho que un minibus nos llevaba al hotel, al decirles que íbamos al aeropuerto, nos han echado de malas maneras. Dado el incumplimiento del servicio, solicitamos el reembolso. The bus from the office in Cat Ba was fine. We were kept informed of what was going on and what we had to do.. After the ferry we were put on a sleeper bus, which we did not expect. The seats were difficult to access if you have mobility problems. Some of the seats were broken but you did not know this until you got into them. By the time you had discovered that you could not adjust your seat, all the other lower bunks had been taken. Lian
