The following change terms apply to the bus fares:

In accordance with the policy of Huong Kien Limousine, once the booking has been confirmed changes are not permitted.
To modify the passenger details, the itinerary, the fare or the departure date, you need to cancel the existing booking and make a new booking.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Huong Kien Limousine, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Huong Kien Limousine. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 10% + 35,000 VND per ticket if 48 hours or more to departure.
- No refund if less than 48 hours to departure.
No refund for tickets on public holidays.

Un poco de incertidumbre por no saber exactamente donde te recogen pero muy bien todo, simplemente es esperar a que pase una furgoneta con el logo de la empresa y preguntar. Los conductores bien, amables y en cuanto a la conducción, pues conducen como aquí, si eres de los que se ponen nervioso pues tomate algo antes, pero van muy seguros, a nosotros nos choca pero son de fiar. The only issue occurred before the trip, I wanted to ask some details about the transfer at 7h and I was asked to come later, at 9h30 for the pickup. No official notification was sent, so if I hadn't asked I wouldn't even know. Fortunately the next day everything went smoothly, good communication by WhatsApp, the new pickup time was 9h30, I was at the meeting point at 9h and around that time they were already there, I could go to the car.
