Beside they give you qr ticket, you will need to go the counter to do a "check in" and they'll give you the printed ticket. You can ask in the information desk inside the bus station and they will tell you the office number to do that. Don't follow the screens for departures. In my case, I was waiting and my trip didnt appear. I went to the terminal 2 entry for departures and they told me that my bus was almost leaving. Luckily I made it on time, since apparently they were waiting a little bit for me. But no guidance for the trip, just follow your departure time and arrive at the entrance cause maybe it won't appear on the screens. They make a stop around 1.30 am to get out of the bus, eat something o go to bathroom (eitherway, theres a bathroom in the bus as well). The drivers were very nice and helpfull. The bus left in time and arrive 30min early, so it was a good trip. They give you a snack and a blanket, the seats are ok. Ailen
