Charmy Express gestiona sus propios compartimentos en vagones de pasajeros estándar operados por Vietnam Railways.

La línea de tren Hanoi-Lao Cai conecta Hanoi y Lao Cai, en las montañas del noroeste de Vietnam. Los trenes salen de la estación de Hanoi y regresan de la estación de Lao Cai.

Línea Norte–Sur
La línea de tren Norte–Sur conecta Hanoi y Ho Chi Minh. Los trenes salen de la estación de Hanoi y llegan a la estación de Saigón con parada en las estaciones principales a lo largo de la costa central de Vietnam, como Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Vinh, Dong Hoi, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Dieu Tri, Nha Trang, Phan Rang–Thap Cham, Binh Thuan y otras estaciones secundarias.

Si deseas cambiar tu reserva con Charmy Express, por favor Contacta con Nosotros. Esta opción está disponible hasta 144 horas antes de la salida, después de ese tiempo por favor contacta directamente con Charmy Express. Se aplican recargos por cambios.
No se admiten cambios para viajes en días festivos.

Si deseas cancelar tu reserva con Charmy Express, por favor gestiona tu reserva y solicita la cancelación para proceder al reembolso. Esta opción está disponible hasta 6 días antes de la salida.
No se reembolsan los gastos de gestión. Se aplican recargos por cancelación.
- 20% de la tarifa + 50,000 VND por billete si el billete ha sido emitido
- 30% de la tarifa + 50,000 VND por billete si quedan entre 6 y 20 días para la salida
- No se admite devolución si quedan menos de 6 días para la salida o la salida es en día festivo

Upon arrival at the station our cabin was already occupied by 2 people We had reserved and paid for a complete cabin It took 15/20 minutes to be transferred to another cabin It seems that there was an error in the ticketing and the seats were not what we had paid for In any case it was annoying to go through this Then there was an accident and we were delayed by 3 hours .. I found the snack pack entirely useless. I hate cheese and onion flavoured crisps, despise sweet fizzy drinks and avoid using water from throw-away plastic bottles for the sake of the environment. I didn't touch it. Francis
The Charmy Express was a great little train of overnight travel. Nothing fancy, but totally comfortable and clean. I was hesitant to book after reading some reviews online, but we really enjoyed the experience. We were travelling as a group of 3 and got a 4 bunk room. Marc
I expected more considering the price. The mattress was hard, the top bunk did not have a proper ladder so climbing up top bunk is awkward and could be pretty hard for a shorter person, and it wasn't completely clean. I was able to a proper night of sleep anyway. Laura

Le personnel de bord n'est absolument pas aimable le train n'est pas propre et les photos sont fausse quand on réserve nous n'avons absolument pas eu la cabine que nous avions réservé En revanche le personnel de ravitaillement et la nourriture sont excellentes Christophe
