No se reembolsan los gastos de gestión. Se aplican recargos por cancelación.
- 35,000 VND por billete si el billete ha sido emitido
- 10% de la tarifa + 35,000 VND por billete si quedan más de 2 días para la salida
- No se admite devolución si quedan menos de 2 días o la salida es en día festivo

We left on time, but due to very bad traffic in Haiphong, we arrived 30 minutes late in Cat Hai. The transfer between bus and boat was very smooth and there was no waiting time. But in the end, what we really prefer is to go by boat only from Haiphong to Cat Hai. Olivier

Local bus - ferry - local bus, no issues; accepted the on-line ticket, seemed to recognize the name "Baolau" repeated out-loud, they seem to prefer paper tickets, but no issues. Garth
The bus driver in Car Ba kept passing people and cutting through even to bycicles in the Island. I don't think there was such a rush and he could have been more careful and avoided putting other people in danger and us as well. The roads are more dangerous and there is no need to cut the lane. Better to calm down and think of safety first. Ana
