Para modificar la información de los pasajeros, el itinerario, la tarifa o la fecha de viaje, es necesario cancelar la reserva existente y hacer una nueva reserva.

Si deseas cancelar tu reserva con Khanh Phong, por favor gestiona tu reserva y solicita la cancelación para proceder al reembolso (solo en caso de que la tarifa la permita). Esta opción está disponible hasta 48 horas antes de la salida, después de ese tiempo por favor contacta directamente con Khanh Phong. No se reembolsan los gastos de gestión. Se aplican recargos por cancelación.
- 10% + 35,000 VND por billete si quedan 48 horas o más para la salida.
- No se admite devolución si quedan menos de 48 horas para la salida.
No se admite devolución para viajes en días festivos.
Valoraciones
The minibus left 25 late (as they were waiting for two passengers to arrive). The van itself was comfortable, but the ride was very stressful. The roads were windy and wet (it rained for part of the journey). At times, it felt like the driver was trying to make up the lost time (since we left late). The driver would pass several cars at a time on blind corners. It was a very stressful drive. After getting through the mountain passage, we had a short bathroom/snack break, which was nice. Finally, when we arrived in Nha Trang we were not dropped off at the location indicated on the ticket. The reason why I specifically booked with this company was because it said that the drop off would be in the very north of Nha Trang, however, the driver dropped us off in the middle of the city and quickly left before anyone even realized that it was not the correct drop off location. Overall, we were not pleased with this company and will not use their services in the future. Agnes
This was such a great service. The minibus was very comfortable. The driver was excellent. He even took us to our little hotel in Dalat at the end of the journey. Our best bus journey in Vietnam. Mark
The address for pickup was wrong on the eticket and we had to walk a couple blocks to the right office (we had to find the location on google). Additionally the bus did not leave at the time we booked for (11:35) and since we had shown up early as advised by the ticket we ended up sitting there for over an hour since we didn’t leave until around 12 pm. Finally the bus didn’t drop us at the address indicated on the eticket either and dropped us much further north at this address (Khu 01, Khu dân cư Cồn, Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa 650000, Vietnam) so we needed to book a decently expensive grab to our final destination which was much further than expected.
