Kintetsu Bus is a Japanese bus company serving routes between Osaka, Kyoto, Kanazawa, Takayama, Fujinomiya, Fujiyoshida, Fujikawaguchiko, Mishima, Gotema, Odawara and Tokyo.

Kintetsu Bus operates single-deck coaches equipped with reclining seats arranged in 3 or 4 seats per row and capacity for 30 to 40 passengers.

Change policy
The following change terms apply to the bus fares:

In accordance with the policy of Kintetsu Bus, once the booking has been confirmed changes are not permitted.
To modify the passenger details, the itinerary, the fare or the departure date, you need to cancel the existing booking and make a new booking.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Kintetsu Bus, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 24 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Kintetsu Bus. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
