Receive your exchange order by email
Once your payment is complete, your reservation will be processed.
In the following 24 hours you will receive the itinerary and booking confirmation by email with the exchange order attached in PDF format..

How to use the metro pass?
The exchange order is valid to collect the metro pass at designated Airport Express Customer Service Centres within 3 months after the date of purchase. It cannot be used to board the train.
After arriving in Hong Kong, passengers can exchange the metro pass by presenting the exchange order at the Airport Express Customer Service Centres located at one of the following MTR stations: Airport station (counter on the arrival platform only), Tsing Yi station, Kowloon station or Hong Kong Station..
Once exchanged, the holder will be able to travel according to the validity indicated in the physical ticket.
Passengers can travel on the MTR, Light Rail and MTR Bus, excluding the Airport Express line, the First Class of the East Rail line, and trips to and from Lo Wu or Lok Ma Chau Stations.
The ticket may be used on any day within one month of the date of issue and is valid for 24 consecutive hours from the recorded entry time of the first journey.
