MRT is a major subway network in Singapore connecting popular areas such as Raffles Place, Clarke Quay, Chinatown, Little India, Orchard Road and Marina Bay as well as major transport hubs including HarbourFront, Jurong East, Woodlands, and Changi Airport.
SMRT and SBS Transit operate MRT subway lines with trains running on conventional rail at a maximum speed of 90 km/h.

When travelling by MRT trains, the metro pass is valid for all the subway lines regardless of the number of stops or transfers.

How to book your metro pass in Singapore?
If you are planning to visit Singapore and you want to explore many areas, purchasing a metro pass is a great way to simplify your travel and save money. This option is cheaper than buying individual subway tickets and more flexible as you can plan your itinerary on the go.

We accept metro pass reservations from 3 months in advance up to 24 hours before departure. For departures under 24 hours, the metro pass must be purchased directly at the station.

Fill in the passenger and contact details
Please provide the passenger information and the contact details of the person responsible for booking. We will send by email the booking confirmation and the exchange order.

Complete your payment
Select your payment method. We accept international credit or debit cards.
Check your itinerary and price breakdown. Confirm that the booking information is correct. Before you proceed to payment, you must read and accept the terms and conditions of booking.

Receive your exchange order by email
Once your payment is complete, your reservation will be processed.
In the following 24 hours you will receive the itinerary and booking confirmation by email with the exchange order attached in PDF format..

How to use the metro pass?
The exchange order is valid to collect the metro pass at an automated kiosk or at a ticketing office in selected MRT stations, within 3 months after the date of purchase. It cannot be used to board the train.
After arriving in Singapore, passengers can exchange the metro Pass by presenting the exchange order at an automated kiosk or a ticketing office located at one of the following MRT stations: Changi Airport (T2/T3), Ang Mo Kio, Bayfront, Bugis, Chinatown, City Hall, Farrer Park, HarbourFront, Jurong East, Lavender, Marina Parade, Maxwell, Novena, Orchard, Raffles Place, Somerset or Woodlands.
Once exchanged, the holder will be able to travel according to the validity indicated in the physical ticket.
Passengers can travel on basic bus services, as well as MRT and LRT lines, in Singapore for one, two, three, four or five consecutive days. 1-day coverage of the pass begins from your 1st usage of the pass to the end of the public transport service for that day.
Once the unlimited travel period has ended, the metro pass reverts to a normal EZ-Link adult card. The holder will be able to reload the physical ticket at EZ-Link’s top-up channels to continue travelling.
