Nam Hai Travel operates seated buses and sleeper buses.
Seated buses generally cover long distances during daytime and connect cities in nearby provinces.
The most common models of seating buses are single-deck coaches equipped with reclining seats and capacity for 30 passengers.
Sleeper buses generally cover long distances overnight and connect cities in distant provinces. Journeys can take up to 6 hours, so buses are prepared for passengers to sleep during most part of the journey.
The most common models of sleeper buses are double-deck coaches equipped with shared berths or individual cabins and capacity for 20 to 40 passengers.

The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Nam Hai Travel, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 72 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Nam Hai Travel. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 10% + 35,000 VND per ticket if 72 hours or more to departure.
- No refund if less than 72 hours to departure.

We came 1 hour early like stated to check in. No communications from the company like before, but when we arrived there the bus was already delayed the lady said, it would leave half an hour later as planned. We got transferred at 1240 to a bigger bus. The bus stopped about 40 minutes before Ho Chi Minh at a random deserted place, where we transferred from a sleeping bus to a similar-sized normal bus. All in all, we transferred twice and came 1.5 hours later at our destination (without even counting the HCMC traffic delay). Nobody spoke English so nobody could also tell us how long we stopped at the rest place, why we transferred etc. Wasted a lot of time we could use in exploring the city! Not recommend this at all! We prefer the smaller vip limousine busses for daytime travels, but were rebooked to this on short notice. It wasn't too bad, just not very comfortable if you prefer to sit. The personnel was very friendly! Esther
