Sleeper buses generally cover long distances overnight and connect cities in distant provinces. Journeys can take up to 6 hours, so buses are prepared for passengers to sleep during most part of the journey.

Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Phuc An Express, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Phuc An Express. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 50% + 35,000 VND per ticket if 48 hours or more to departure.
- No refund if less than 48 hours to departure.
No refund for tickets on public holidays.

On the bus, there was no water in the toilets at the tap and the cleanliness of the bus was random.
