Sao Viet operates sleeper buses.
Sleeper buses generally cover long distances overnight and connect cities in distant provinces. Journeys can take up to 6 hours, so buses are prepared for passengers to sleep during most part of the journey.
The most common models of sleeper buses are double-deck coaches equipped with shared berths or individual cabins and capacity for 20 to 40 passengers.

Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Sao Viet, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Sao Viet. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 10% + 35,000 VND per ticket if 48 hours or more to departure.
- No refund if less than 48 hours to departure.
No refund for tickets on public holidays.

Awful customer service. Lied about free pickup from sapa town hotels. Tried to make excuses that a Vietnamese number was needed but other tourists without this were picked up. Nothing much actually. I believe you also already received a lot of this. But just keep reminding for the USB port charger for type C is not functioning. Some of the seat can use, but most of it, can not. The way the driver treat is good. They also helping, but some of the driver abit harsh to the customer. I hope you can improve this matter. Binti

This is the first time I travel to Vietnam. The seat is comfortable and very convenience but only one thing that I worry is the time I arrive at SAPA at midnight but there was a van free to transfer you to your accomodation. Noy

Loud speaking bus driver and colleague watching Tik Toks on full volume! Too many stops for people to drop them off near their place?! I thought the bus only stops at the main stops where everyone get on and off, but it stopped somewhere to drop off a family and ONE person. Amely
