Great boat trip Lee
We booked two seats c3 & c4 while there were plenty of open seats. We arrived 30 minutes ahead of time at 10:30 and the boat was completely full. Our seats were given to a 4 year old and 6 year old boys. We were seated at the front banquet table with others. Hardly comfortable and it is ready if the AC. We did better than the people after us. The family that had reserved the front row seats had to sit in the dark windowless galley below with a few others and only a rotating fan on a very hot day. What really and me was that not only was the boat over sold. I counted and the boat was 14 life jackets short. Had there been an accident it would have been tragic in the rivers currents. You are lucky no safety inspector boarded the boat that day. God 380 k vnd a ticket plus a service charge and processing fee, I thought at least it would be nice. Nope. We lost at every turn. Nice and easy trio, i arrived early and the ticket office was kind enough to put me on the earlier ferry for no extra charge. Christian
My only criticism is that the Ferry was late. It would be better if passengers were told when this happens. Jason
It would be helpful if you provided the ticket with the receipt. We still had to go thru the ticket booth and they had trouble locating and confirming our purchase. William
All good. Kevin
Halfway there was a bitnof a drams where it appeared tgat we wer crashing with another boat. Actually, it was because out captain and rhe other boat captain switched boatds. But no announcement was made so all the passengers were confused and concerned that the boats would crash. Next.time, may i auggeat that an anniuncwment is made so not to cause alarm. Chiara
Good trip nice to see Saigon from that water on the way out. Easy to get a Grab on the Vung Tau side to your accommodation. Peter
