Reviews
Everything was fine, I just thought the food in the buffet car was poor, a very poor selection of snacks, I went just one hour into the journey and almost everything on the menu they didn’t have, I’m sure there was room on the train for a few extra boxes of potatoe chips and peanuts ! Philip
Very professional the business class experience was excellent thank you John
The train was great Christine
The whole travel was easy and relaxing. Definitely would do that again in the future. Deane
Making a reservation is very easy. It was very comfortable. It's an excellent mode of transportation. Ikuo
On time fast train. Comfortable business class seats. The complimentary food doesn’t look great but it tasted really good. John
It was my first time traveling to Penang via the KTM and it was such a great experience. Taking the train also made Penang a lot more accessible because it's a fuss-free way to travel, with predictable steps and travel time. Heng
Todo ha estado bien, existe muy buena organización en la estación de tren. El personal es amable, te ayuda y así es facil acceder a tu asiento en el vagón. Teresita
Great experience but struggled with finding space for luggage. Would be good to know which end of carriage the seat numbers go from before getting on and which end luggage rack Catherine
Splendid. David was very kind and helpful. Easily arranged trip. Paul
Todo genial Juan
Very nice experience and well organised. Maybe more luggage space. It was very full and many travellers have big suitcases just as ourselves. Sadhna
Fulfilled my expectations David
Was too cold in the carriage, I needed to stand in the warmer entrance/exit areas Hein
Réservation facile. Organisation irréprochable et train confortable. Attention cependant à prendre un pull dans le train; il y faisait vraiment frais. Frederic
The train was on time and staff helpful. Train was clean and comfortable Stephanie
A clean quiet service, running to time. Lucy
Train departed on time but arrived 15 minutes late. Seats are confortable. Food average. Staff was nice. Karine

On time. Waiprib
Train left on time and arrived on time Steve
The train was perfect apart from the air-conditioning system, it was extremely cold for me, I had to wear heavy clothing but still I kept changing seats trying to find a less cold spot. Michail
Great way to travel and see more of your beautiful country. Lynne

Train was too cold Caroline
The young man serving us was very meticulous in serving us and removing the lunch wastes. He came through again later with a rubbish bag to collect use cups, empty bottles and other rubbish. The seats were comfortable and clean. Chee
Train on time , a lot better service than British rail Cath
The train was excellent but the temperature was much too cold. The locals and visitors all agreed. Sheila
ETS trains are very good, punctual and well staffed. For a long-distance train the toilet facilities need particularattention for the comfort and cleanliness the passengers. One other two small maintenance cleans would have made it a five star. Gary
Transport fast and just in time. Hans
I wanted to get a booking a commuter train. Baolau allowed me to do it and they delivered the ticket before it departed. Excellent service. Michael
Relaxed, punctual and quiet train ride Christiana
Train left on time and arrived on time. Clean and comfortable train. Kamaljit
Waiting for the train in station was fuss free, the train journey was first class, seats were excellent very comfortable and lots of leg room. We had lunch which was very good, the staff were very helpful and attentive,. The only let down was no WIFI on the train, I asked the attendant about it but he said he didn't know!! Jeffrey
Outstanding service! After I left two valuable bags on board, the staff member caring for our carriage found my booking details and contacted me directly. He ensured my belongings were secured and transferred to the main office for collection. Professional, proactive and genuinely kind. I couldn’t be more appreciative. Golda
Absolutely did what it said it would do, ran on time comfortable very relaxing Morris
A few minutes late into Ipoh, but otherwise speedy and express, as advertised. Gary
Clean and on time. Excellent service Helen
Could have been clearer instructions in KL, once we got to the lounge it was very good! Fiona
