Express Rail Link is a Malaysian private railway company connecting KL Sentral and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA Terminal 1 and KLIA Terminal 2) via dedicated rail services.
All services operate on a Non-reserved Seat basis.
Travellers are allowed to take any seat available in the train cars. On these cars, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. When all the seats are full, passengers must travel standing on the corridor or the coach entrance without blocking the access to other passengers.

Ticket validity and usage
Ticket reservation is available 6 months in advance, subject to system availability.
The ticket is valid for 1 month from the selected travel date.
The electronic ticket will be issued upon successful payment confirmation. Passengers can print the e-ticket in advance or carry it in their mobile phone and scan the QR code at the ticket gates.
Ticket booking conditions
- Cancellations are not permitted, tickets are non-refundable once issued.
- Changes (if applicable) are subject to fare conditions and must be requested before departure.
- Fare conditions are subject to Express Rail Link operating policies.
Passengers are responsible for selecting the correct departure and arrival stations (KLIA Terminal 1 or KLIA Terminal 2) and verify the reservation details carefully before completing payment.

In the following 24 hours you will receive the itinerary and booking confirmation by email with the electronic ticket.
You can also access to Manage your booking via web and download the electronic ticket to your device.
How to use the train e-ticket?
The electronic ticket is a valid boarding pass and can be used to board any train at the station of departure.
The ticket is valid for 1 month from the selected travel date.
Passengers are requested to follow the instructions in the electronic ticket and print the e-ticket in advance or carry a digital copy in the mobile phone to scan the QR code at the ticket gates.
KLIA Ekspres tickets are valid on KLIA Ekspres services only, and KLIA Transit tickets are valid on KLIA Transit services only. Please note that KLIA Transit tickets are not valid to board KLIA Ekspres services.
RECEIVE YOUR E-TICKET BY EMAIL
Receive your electronic ticket by email in PDF format. Print a copy of the e-ticket in advance or carry it in your mobile phone.
ARRIVE AT THE STATION ON TIME
Arrive at the station 30-60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Scan the QR code included in the electronic ticket to pass through the gates.
