After arriving in Singapore, passengers can exchange their metro pass by scanning the QR code on the exchange order at the automated kiosks located at Changi Airport MRT Station (Terminals 2 and 3), Orchard MRT Station, Bugis MRT Station, or Harbourfront MRT Station, or by presenting the exchange order at the ticketing service centre/ticket office at Changi Airport Terminal 2, Orchard, Chinatown, City Hall, Bugis, Somerset, Raffles Place, Harbourfront, Maxwell, Bayfront, Farrer Park, Lavender, Ang Mo Kio, Jurong East, or Woodlands MRT stations.

Passengers can travel on public buses as well as MRT and LRT lines in Singapore for one, two, three, four or five consecutive days. The validity of the pass begins from your first usage to the end of the public transport service for that day.
Unlimited travel is only applicable for public bus and train services. The pass excludes rides on premium services such as Sentosa Express, RWS8, express buses as well as other premium and niche bus services. To use these premium services, the holder can add value into the physical card via the self-service ticketing machines or at the SimplyGo Ticket Office.
Once the unlimited travel period has ended, the metro pass reverts to a normal EZ-Link adult card, that has a validity period of 5 years. The holder can reload the physical ticket at EZ-Link's top-up channels to continue travelling.
