The following change terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to change your booking with Eco Sapa, please Contact Us. This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Eco Sapa. Change fees will apply.
No change for tickets on public holidays.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Eco Sapa, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 96 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Eco Sapa. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 10% + 35,000 VND per ticket if 96 hours or more to departure.
- No refund if less than 96 hours to departure.
No refund for tickets on public holidays.
Reviews
Not sure where the fault lays, but we had organised through this company and confirmed a pick up from hotel. This did not happen. Instead a phone call last minute from driver saying we must get taxi to pick up point otherwise they leave without us! I had been in accident day before so my mobility was limited and this was very stressful. The drive itself was good, but there were two “locals” travelling with us, playing games and watching their phones at full volume! Not so relaxing for the 5 other passengers who had paid for this trip. Joanne
The first car from Hanoi to Sapa was great. There was good AC and WIFI and the chairs were comfy. On the second bus from Sapa to Hanoi however, this was not the case. Dordje

They had really bad reviews on Google Maps so I was sceptical but we were transported on the way to and from Sapa in a new fleet of vans that were very luxurious and comfortable. We had a great experience both ways. The driver was fantastic. Ellie
