Our flight was delayed because of tech issue in the plane. However, the helpdesk staff was sweet enough to move us into earlier flight and checked in additional bag for us. We had done a long journey and were super tired. This gesture made us feel super warm and happy to be visiting Vietnam Siva

Our 1 hour 20 minutes flight delayed 12 hours in total. TWELVE HOURS!!!!! No explanation. No compansation. First i got an email that its gonna be delayed 7 hours, and after 5 hours of waiting in a small domestic airport, when it was finally time to check in they've got the nerve to tell me its delayed 4 more hours. And when the time finally came the boarding screen suddenly changed from 22.20 to 23.20. Our original departure time was 11.50. We missed and important meeting which we have no chance to rearrange since we only had one day in Ho Chi Minh before our flight back to Hungary. The meeting was at 16.00. Thats why we chosed the most expensive flight of the day. Both the morning flight and the evning flights are cheaper. No one even thought of paying at least the difference back. AT VERY LEAST!!!
