Reviews
The place where we picked up the tickets gave us tickets for the wrong provider (not the cabin we paid for). They were unwilling to compensate us for this. In this new carriage the AC didn’t work. Sarah
Lights and electricity were faulty. Boarded and sat in the dark. It was a bad experience overall. I had taken the sleeper train before from another company and they even provided dental kit potato chips and slippers. Coffee order was taken before sleeping. But no coffee was delivered in the morning before arrival. The toilets were also smelly and not up to standard for the amount we paid. Shihui
The cabin was smaller than expected but was clean. The journey was smooth and comfortable. Wai

Staff at station very helpful with getting tickets with booking voucher. Smooth as. Lovely day time trip seeing the mesmerising Vietnam county-side. We loved it. Matthew
No Aircon at the beginning. We had to complain and ask Beatrice
Very hot in cabin and not clean Lara
The journey was interesting and worthwhile doing in the day time. After a few issues with Internet and AC which were resolved the journey went well. Theresa
There was contact details on the voucher (unlike for Damitrans). We sent you an email and quickly got a reply with the WhatsApp number. So on your side this was excellent service. Issue was with King Sapa train representative: she sent us the tickets on WhatsApp. When we arrived at the station we saw everyone getting paper tickets so we went to her to get the paper tickets: she was very unprofessional, not listening. She gave me 5 tickets and went back to talking on the phone. Issue is that the paper tickets she gave me we're different than the WhatsApp tickets...I told her and she just hurried us into following her without any explanation. "Come come. Ok. Ok". We got on the train and she showed us to the correct cabin (WhatsApp tickets) and gave us new paper tickets with the corresponding numbers. This was very unprofessional and both stressful and frustrating, especially when traveling with young children. I would not recommend King Sapa through your website. Jonathan
We had a long travel day and were quite tired. Normally, traveling by train feels exhausting, but this time it felt more like staying in a hotel, we were able to sleep well. We booked 2 berth since the 1 berth option was fully booked, but the space was still comfortable enough. What I loved most about the experience was the nighttime view. It was amazing to watch the streets, the lights, and the people outside while staying cozy inside. I’d love to travel like this again someday. The staff were very nice, and the customer service from Baolau was excellent. They contacted me immediately about the ticket processing, which gave me confidence that if any issues came up, they’d be able to handle them quickly and efficiently. Panduangjai
We didn't get the room we paid for. Terrible room, extremely uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep and my girlfriend also has neck pain now. Arvind
The train cabin itself was comfortable. However, "King Sapa" does not have any check-in counter at Hanoi Station. I could only exchange the ticket because another tourist's guide called someone who worked for the company who came with a handful of paper tickets. No desk, no uniform, just a random person. Is it really too much to ask to stand somewhere with a sign that says "King Sapa ticket exchange"? Rishi
all good! Andre
Rueben
