The bus stopped more than 5 times and every time there were new passengers and it was noisy. Also, his driving was very fast. We arrived a full hour before the scheduled time!! Abdullah  

Awful customer service. Lied about free pickup from sapa town hotels. Tried to make excuses that a Vietnamese number was needed but other tourists without this were picked up. Likely because they booked directly. Tried emailing calling and WhatsApp but no response. Shocking service and rude at the counter when asking. De  

Nothing much actually. I believe you also already received a lot of this. But just keep reminding for the USB port charger for type C is not functioning. Some of the seat can use, but most of it, can not. The way the driver treat is good. They also helping, but some of the driver abit harsh to the customer. I hope you can improve this matter. Binti  

The journey was quick and reliable, though we arrived much earlier than anticipated, and so we had to wait longer very early in the morning. Also, a toilet break would have been nice. Richard

This is the first time I travel to Vietnam. The seat is comfortable and very convenience but only one thing that I worry is the time I arrive at SAPA at midnight but there was a van free to transfer you to your accomodation. Noy

El autobus salio antes de la hora y llego 1h antes. El conductor era maleducado y desagradable, me desperto pegando golpes en la pierna. Ademas hacia un frio horrible (ahora estoy con fiebre) y conducia fatal. Parecia que nos ibamos a estrellar y cada vez que habia un bache volabamos por los aires Lucia

Loud speaking bus driver and colleague watching Tik Toks on full volume! Too many stops for people to drop them off near their place?! I thought the bus only stops at the main stops where everyone get on and off, but it stopped somewhere to drop off a family and ONE person. Amely  

Arrived 1h 30 earlier in Sapa - too many stops makes it hard to fall a sleep Pick up point is a dirty and nasty kiosk - toilets were awful! Great busses though! Didn’t expected that after seeing the office building! Amely
