We were picked up by a car to take us to the van depot. No one at the depot spoke English and so it was very uncertain what was happening. There were men with paper lists of passengers going around showing them to us, but without any further info. Happily our name was on one, eventually but it was an uncertain experience that I would rather not go through again. Actual journey had highway driving that seemed quite dangerous at high speeds. Baolau downgrades us to poorer service providers than who we originally booked with (HK Buslines). Then we were transfered between different vehicles some pretty bare bones and not told the WiFi password. Driver's communication was poor and driving skills were scary! Very aggressive driving!!! The van arrived late and we were ignored by the driver. We could see we were on his list when looking over the other passengers' shoulder but we had to open the boot ourselves to get his attention and let us load our luggage. We don't recommend it. Paul

Pick up point was very badly indicated, didn't really know where to go. Vans were really late, timing said boarding would start at 11.00 and would leave at 11.30. Bus arrived 11.45. But we were at location early Had to change vans after an hour, to 15 min in a less comfortable van. Tara  

Ticket showed boarding time of 11, departure time of 11:30. We were sitting on the bus waiting for it to leave. It got to 11:45 so I asked when we’d be departing and the person from the company laughed at me, saying departure time was 12? Then, about 20 minutes before arriving to our destination we were all told to get out and transfer to a shabby, old minibus. There was no communication about why this was, or that it was going to happen. Rianna

I missed my van because I was not given any details of my van (license plate, car) until 1 minute of departure. As a result, I mistakenly got on another van (who told me he was my driver) and after 15 minutes of the journey was essentially kicked out. I messaged baolau who told me my original driver could not wait for me and no refund would be provided. Elmiina  

Very rude driver, aggressive driving did not feel safe, changed pick up points last minute and then dropped us off in a random place and told us to get a taxi. He only arranged to pay for the taxi to the drop off place because we refused to get off the bus. Unacceptable service and should not be available on Baulau. Andrew  

Service spécial, un chauffeur viens vous chercher pour vous amener ailleur prendre le bus et le chauffeur du bus vous traite comme du bétail, à vous pousser dans le taxi pour aller plus vite. Et si vous voulez qui vous aide avec vos bagage, essayer d’en rêver. Clement  

Nous avons jamais pus avoir le taxi. Personne n’est venue nous cherchez. Nous avons attendu 1:30 au point de rdv mais jamais de nouvelle ni d’explications, service déplorable. Clement

I traveled with Trang An Limousine and overall had a good experience, though there were a few minor issues. Our scheduled departure was at 11:30, but we left at 12:00 because we waited for late passengers, even though other vans departed on time. Near the end of the journey, we had to transfer to another vehicle for a short 5-minute segment, which was not shown in the advertised photos. Despite these inconveniences, everything else was fine. The vehicle was comfortable, and the staff was professional and polite. Daria  

terrible experiencia. No cumplen ni horarios ni recorrido, un trayecto de 2 hora y media se convirtió en un verdadero infierno de 4 horas donde para ahorrarse dinero en transporte te van moviendo de oficina en oficina donde cambiamos hasta de 3 buses para llegar al destino. No repetiría Beatriz  

They sent a message themselves a day ahead for confirming time and place. Arrival was a little later, but boarding was quick. Also the ride itself wasn't as long as planned, but there was a transfer in between. Water bottles provided on the ride. All in all good ride! Esther
