How to connect Baolau and AI agents
Baolau implements the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the emerging standard that allows AI agents to connect securely with external services.
We have developed connectors for the major AI agents, so you can plan your trip with the assistant that you already use. Once connected, your agent can access Baolau's search and compare capabilities, giving you access to accurate, up-to-date information for travel discovery and trip planning instead of generic answers from the web.

Other assistants
Any assistant that accepts a custom MCP server by its address can use https://www.baolau.com/mcp. No sign-in is required.
For developers
The MCP servers speak JSON-RPC 2.0 over HTTP POST (the Streamable HTTP transport of the Model Context Protocol). It keeps no session and needs no authentication. It has four functions: three read-only and one that registers a fare alert.

Registers an email alert for a fare that is not on sale yet, for departures at least 48 hours away. We check the fare every day and send one email when it goes on sale. Search and availability results carry the arguments it needs in fare_alert. |
