Introduction

Keisei Railway is a Japanese private railway company connecting Tokyo and Narita Airport.

Keisei Railway operates commuter lines with trains running on conventional rail at a maximum speed of 160 km/h.

On the Skyliner Express train, passengers can travel in Reserved Seat.

Passengers that travel with Reserved Seat will receive a ticket for Reserved Seat that will be inspected by the train conductor on board.

If you wish to change your booking with Keisei Railway, please Contact Us. This option is available until 24 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Keisei Railway. Change fees will apply.

No change for tickets on public holidays.


Cancellation policy

The following cancellation terms apply to the train fares:

Keisei Railway Cancellation before departure
Fare Discount ticket (Skyliner) Not permitted

In accordance with the policy of Keisei Railway, tickets are non-refundable but exchangeable for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
