The service was satisfactory but arrived significantly late. Scheduled to depart from 9:15 to 11:45, the bus arrived at Ipoh around 1:00. The later service was also delayed. We were unable to purchase alternative bus tickets online to return to Kuala Lumpur due to time constraints and the queue for train ticket refunds was too long. The overall experience was not great.
