If you wish to change your booking with Roong Reuang Coach, please Contact Us. This option is available until 96 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Roong Reuang Coach. Change fees will apply.
- 30 per ticket if 96 hours or more to departure.
- No change if less than 96 hours to departure.
No change for tickets on public holidays.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

The queuing at the desk in Suvarnabhumi was not so clearly signed. One queue for Pattaya and one for Hua Hin, but when so many people standing waiting it was not easy to see the signs for which queue. After a flight/ tiredness this would be helpful. For everything else very good. Thank you ka Jane
The coach was rather old and we had the seats in the first row over the front axle. The suspension and damping were poor, making us feel nauseous. An improvement to the booking process would be to select the preferred row of seats. Hans
