Reviews
Rodrigo
The welcome upon the bus's arrival was good. The bunks were comfortable but ill-suited for tall people. I couldn't manage to sleep because the bus was swaying a lot. I still enjoyed the experience, though. Promax
Carole
Didn’t give us an option to select seats, so we where given the last row over the wheels and couldn’t sleep because it was like a rollercoaster for 11h Benjamin
We chose this bus because it would have a late arrival (8:50). This would give our daughter enough sleep for the night. The bus was already in Ninh Binh at 5:00, almost 4 hours earlier! That is crazy David
The trip from on the 22 seater Hanoi to Hoi An was good. We travelled with our 3 kids. Bunks were spacious. Bus was the cleanest we’ve seen (western standard clean), bedding looked in good shape and the controls all worked. A really nice bus. However, there was no toilet on the bus which we didn’t realize. The driver stopped many times for us to use the toilet. Without any English (not that I expected it), it was always a surprise. It would be great to state the approximate times of stops so those with weak bladders can prepare. It was also nice that the driver didn’t over use his horn at night…only the random honk. Overall a really good experience. Jessica
The bus was luxury. Everything went smooth, from check in, boarding and leaving Leslie
The bus was very comfortable. The driver started blasting music at the start so we had to ask him to turn it off. Baolau shows a 5.30h journey between Hoi an - Phong Nha but realistically this lasts 6.30/7h Edoardo
Xaver
