Inter Bus Line operates sleeper buses.
Sleeper buses generally cover long distances overnight and connect cities in distant provinces. Journeys can take up to 6 hours, so buses are prepared for passengers to sleep during most part of the journey.
The most common models of sleeper buses are double-deck coaches equipped with shared berths or individual cabins and capacity for 20 to 40 passengers.

The following change terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to change your booking with Inter Bus Line, please Contact Us. This option is available until 24 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Inter Bus Line. Change fees will apply.
No change for tickets on public holidays.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Inter Bus Lines, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund. This option is available until 2 days before departure.
Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 20% of the ticket fare + 35,000 VND per ticket if the ticket has been issued
- 50% of the ticket fare + 35,000 VND per ticket if 2 days to departure
- No refund if less than 2 days before departure or departure on public holiday

Horrible, nunca me han tratado peor en ningún servicio. Voy a explicarlo en términos muy generales. Cuando llegué al punto de encuentro para coger el bus Hanoi-Sa Pa, el hombre que estaba entregando los billetes físicos del autobús no encontraba mi reserva ni la de otras 2 personas que venían juntas. Después de esperar un rato, nos entrega los tickets y nos señala el bus al que tenemos que dirigirnos (hasta ahí todo bien). Cuando la otra pareja y yo nos acercamos a dicho autobús, ya todo el mundo estaba montado en él y las puertas del maletero y del propio autobús cerrada. Vemos al conductor a través del cristal y la chica que estaba esperando conmigo le hace señas para que le abra la puerta del autobús. El conductor abre la puerta y la chica se dispone a preguntarle si puede abrir el maletero para meter nuestras cosas. Digo “se dispone” porque no le da tiempo, el conductor le cierra de repente la puerta con ella en medio y sin decir nada arranca y el autobús se va. La chica se Laura

Booked bus from Hanoi to Sapa, and due to typhoon Yagi I asked to cancel and for refund 24h before departure. Denied refund because the bus departed as scheduled. The bus was going to a dangerous area and if we had taken the bus we would have been stranded in Sapa due to the typhoon. I think an exception to the 48h cancellation policy should apply when concerned for safety during a typhoon. Kylie
