Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your booking with Phuong Heng Bus, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 72 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Phuong Heng Bus. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 10% + 35,000 VND per ticket if 72 hours or more to departure.
- No refund if less than 72 hours to departure.
No refund for tickets on public holidays.
Reviews
The bus had plenty of space between the seats and the seats could be laid on their back to an angle that allows taking a good nap. The drivers has helped us with the boarder formalities at Bavet. The pickup schedule at Ho Chi Minh City was respected. Our only dissapointment was that we were not allowed to get down as we moved through Phnom Penh with the bus. It’s disappointing that people are quick to post a negative review but those with a positive review can’t be bothered to take the time. The negative reviews made me anticipate.a very bad experience.. it wasn’t! . Is the bus old, yes. Did the A/C keep up when it was +35 outside, no, but it was comfortable enough. Did it leave on time, yup. Did it arrive on time, that depends, traffic, Border delays, etc. the gentleman that controlled the border exchange was AMAZING! If you don’t want to pay $40 to get your Cambodia visa, then do it on line. The guy on the bus does not keep the $10. The bus admin office has their rate posted at $40. Imagine a bus load of people of all different ages and abilities filling out Visa apps at the border. It would take hours to clear. For the $10 he fast tracks the process. You are included in the group with all the e visa folks. It was so impressive how he operated. Running back and forth. And don’t freak out about giving him your passport. It made me Anita
The bus is comfortable with wide seats. Only problem is that the journey took 10 hours instead of 7 hours. Other than that it was great. Farid
