If you wish to change your booking with Hang Chau Tourist, please Contact Us. This option is available until 96 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Hang Chau Tourist. Change fees will apply.
- 30% per ticket if 96 hours or more to departure.
- No change if less than 96 hours to departure.
No change for tickets on public holidays.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the ferry fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Hang Chau Tourist, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund. This option is available until 3 days before departure.
Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 10% of the ticket fare + 35,000 VND per ticket if the ticket has been issued
- 40% of the ticket fare + 35,000 VND per ticket if 3 to 8 days to departure
- No refund if less than 3 days to departure
Reviews
The boat left on time and the process was pretty smooth. Our visa exit and entry was dealt with by the crew and we handed over our passports, money and Vietnam visa copy as we set off. We sat outside to see the river the whole time and apart from getting a little wet on occasion it was fine. Two stops for borders all went quickly with chairs and toilets at both. We watched the crew doing their jobs and they were helpful and friendly. We were given snacks (crackers and other packets plus bananas) and there was water and a toilet if needed. When you arrive there is a slope to take your cases up which is steep but doable and transport options on the main road although we used Grab so we didn’t have to worry about currency. Overall, it is a fairly long trip, we were worn out by the end but it was safe, convenient and fairly once on the boat. We didn’t sit inside so not sure if that would have been better or worse comfort wise. It’s a boat, it’s noisy but some great views of the Mekong. Joanna

The experience of travelling by boat to Phnom Penh was excellent from start to finish. The guide organised exit and entry at the border really efficiently, including all the paperwork for our visas on arrival. The boat was comfortable as we sped up the Mekong. A great way to arrive in Cambodia, and we arrived about 45 mins earlier than scheduled. Highly recommended. Kathryn
