Phan Thiet, Vung Tau and Soc Trang are the main seaports in the Southeastern coast. From here, travellers can catch a ferry to Phu Quy island and Con Dao archipelago.

- 20% per ticket if 48 hours or more to departure.
- No change if less than 48 hours to departure.
No change for tickets on public holidays.
Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your booking with Phu Quoc Express, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Phu Quoc Express. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 20% + 35,000 VND per ticket if 48 hours or more to departure.
- No refund if less than 48 hours to departure.
No refund for tickets on public holidays.

It might be worth considering having passengers disembark from the ship by designated seating zones. This would reduce the crazy rush and the pushing and shoving that happens when everyone tries to exit at the same time. Mark

War alles sauber, man kann sich am Wasserspender bedienen oder Snacks/ Getränke kaufen. Es läuft Musik mit TV Bildschirm. Meer war im Februar ruhig. Ein Besuch auf dem Deck, um die Sonne zu genießen lohnt sich. Wenn alle Passagiere früher da sind startet das Boot früher. Bei uns waren es 45 Minuten und die sollten wir laut Ticket auch früher da sein. Ich Mark

I booked a window seat but when I got on boat they told me all the window seats were full and tried to put me in the bar with people drinking all round me. I spent the whole journey sitting outside . A total disgrace Johnny

Everything was as expected. Ferry left on time. The crossing was quite a rough one and sea sickness bags were distributed to the passengers and those affected by the rough sea were looked after by a member of the crew. W
