If you wish to change your booking with Superdong Speed Ferry, please Contact Us. This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Superdong Speed Ferry. Change fees will apply.
- 30% per ticket if 48 hours or more to departure.
- No ticket change if less than 48 hours to departure.
No ticket change for tickets on public holidays.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the ferry fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Superdong Speed Ferry, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Superdong Speed Ferry. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 30% + 25,000 VND per ticket if 48 hours or more to departure.
- No ticket refund if less than 48 hours to departure.
No ticket refund for tickets on public holidays.
