Long delay at book in. Was approx 4 couple in line but guests ahead of us had a problem. We were held behind them but other lines were opened up all passengers arriving after us were serviced. We ended up being last check in on the lines. Didn’t impact travel plans but simple communication and redirection to another line would have negated feeling of neglection. . Brendan
