State Railway of Thailand (SRT) is the state-owned railway operator in Thailand, connecting Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chiang Mai, Nong Khai, Udon Thani, Ubon Ratchathani, Hua Hin, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Trang, Hat Yai, Padang Besar and Sugai Kolok.

If you wish to change your booking with State Railway of Thailand, please contact us or change your ticket at the railway station. This option is available within 90 days after the ticket has been issued until 1 day before departure. Customers are able to change the seat, the departure date, the class, the train or the destination within the same route. Change of class, train or destination will be subject to extra change fees. Customers are not allowed to change the name of the passenger.
Change fees will apply.
- 20% of the ticket fare if 3 days to departure
- 30% of the ticket fare if 2 days to departure
- 50% of the ticket fare if 1 day to departure
- No change if the ticket has been issued more than 90 days in advance or if less than 1 day to departure

If you wish to cancel your booking with State Railway of Thailand, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund. This option is available within 90 days after the ticket has been issued until 1 day before departure.
Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 70% of the ticket fare + 30 THB per ticket if the ticket has been issued within 90 days
- No refund if the ticket has been issued more than 90 days in advance or if less than 1 day to departure
