The sheets looked very clean, but I picked up some kind of mites and developed a rash. The blanket smelled like it had seen a lot of use—it didn't smell clean. Melina

the booking experience was smooth and the platform offered multiple methods of payment. The train itself however was basic. I was very quickly asked to move to the upper berth while travelling at night and there was just no provision to have any view of the outside, from my seat. Khuzan

Comfortable enough sleeper service with a great attendant. Can order food and drinks on board - a kitchen car was part of the consist. Last carriage, so no issues with locomotive noise. Great scenery and even better value for the ticket. Stephen

Was disappointed that our party was not allocated the berths selected nor even in the same compartment. Also no dining car or hot water. Bedding was clean and facilities kept clean too. Train was on time Linda

The toilets system had no water for flashing. Once making it difficult to keep good hygiene in the train. Toilets need to be refilled after some distance to ensure flashing and washing hands in the toilet. Kanyesigye

Overall a pleasant journey although it would have been great if the carriage lights were switched off at night! Anya
