Camel Travel operates sleeper buses.
Sleeper buses generally cover long distances overnight and connect cities in distant provinces. Journeys can take up to 6 hours, so buses are prepared for passengers to sleep during most part of the journey.
The most common models of sleeper buses are double-deck coaches equipped with shared berths or individual cabins and capacity for 20 to 40 passengers.

The following change terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to change your booking with Camel Travel, please Contact Us. This option is available until 24 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Camel Travel. Change fees will apply.
No change for tickets on public holidays.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Camel Travel, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund. This option is available until 1 day before departure.
Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 20% of the ticket fare + 35,000 VND per ticket if the ticket has been issued
- 50% of the ticket fare + 35,000 VND per ticket if 1 day to departure
- No refund if less than 1 day before departure or departure on public holiday

They oversold because people who had not booked online showed up and paid cash for seats. We were forced to share a cabin despite paying for 2 and were not refunded for one cabin. Owen
The driver was friendly chatty and spoke very good English so helped us as best as possible. The first bus was very small spaces and my husband didn't really fit, we had to change buses luckily to a better bus, but we were not told . We arrived 4 hours later than expected. Nigel
