Queen Cafe operates sleeper buses.
Sleeper buses generally cover long distances overnight and connect cities in distant provinces. Journeys can take up to 6 hours, so buses are prepared for passengers to sleep during most part of the journey.
The most common models of sleeper buses are double-deck coaches equipped with shared berths or individual cabins and capacity for 20 to 40 passengers.

Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Queen Cafe, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 72 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Queen Cafe. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 10% + 35,000 VND per ticket if 72 hours or more to departure.
- No refund if less than 72 hours to departure.
No refund for tickets on public holidays.

Pick up point was a dark plaza at 23:45. Bus never arrived and I was saved by a local taxi driver who made several phone calls and eventually took me to another location and waited with me until an alternative bus arrived. I don’t think it was the bus I was scheduled on - I think they forgot me! If it wasn’t for the taxi driver’s kindness, I would have been stranded overnight. Really bad. - I would never recommend Queen Cafe bus.. It was my worst experience in Asia. Douglas
The only issue I had was that the meeting point on the ticket was different from the one sent into the mail. This led to confusion on my end. Bus was ok, some renewal wolud be advised. Problem I had during the trip was that no one told us when we reached our stop i Da Nang. The bus just stopped and some of the people went out. Luckily I was looking at the maps to be sure to not missi it. I think that driver should pay attention on how many passengers need to get off at which stop Nikola

Le chauffeur conduisait mal (beaucoup de rigidité dans sa conduite, on était secoués tout le temps) et il klaxonnait toutes les 30 secondes (j’ai déjà pris un autre bus qui ne conduisait pas comme ça). Pire trajet de bus que j’ai fait au Vietnam. Victor
Le bus était super, propre, confortable et le voyage agréable. Le personnel, par contre, super désagréable et nous parlait avec dédain et mépris. Étrange… je pense qu’il n’ont absolument aucune idée de ce qu’est un service client. The ride was overbooked so 2 people were thrown out the bus in the middle of their journey, the bus broke down in the night and poor drivers had to fix it and my seat was dirty. We were lucky enough to reach our destination at least. Not worth the price though. Lotte
Awful. Would give no stars if possible. We were screamed at by a member of staff for holding up the bus despite having been at the allocated drop off over 45 minutes early and then sent round Nha Trang by the bus company on a wild goose chase (in taxis at our own expense) when the bus did not turn up. We could not get hold of the company and were lucky that your team eventually managed to help us find the bus. A very upsetting experience. David
Salimos tarde, no hablan nada de inglés. La parada para cenar fue casi a las 12 de la noche, en un sitio sucio y con mala comida( la peor de un viaje de 15 días que llevamos). Estuvieron hablando entre sí a gritos toda la noche. Lo bueno es que el bus estaba limpio y no era incómodo. Carmen
El autobus bueno, con buenas literas para dormir. Pero llegó 1 hora más tarde de lo qye estaba previsto. Además, no hizo la parada de llegada en el sitio que indicaba el billete como lugar de llegada en Quy Nhon. Tenia que llegar a Big C, y paró antes, lo que provocó que tubiera que andar mucho hasta llegar al hotel. Cuando compré el billete y vi el lugar de llegada, reservé un hotel muy cerca. Pero no ha parado donde ponia en el billete. Cristina
2 horas de retraso, nos tiraron el equipaje al suelo, y cuando fuimos a cogerlo resulta que había otra mochila de otro pasajero, y la hemos tenido que traer a nuestro hotel. Un desastre .y fuimos en una furgoneta y en un autobus. No solo en un autobus... Juan
