Buses operated by Giant Ibis
Giant Ibis operates seated buses and sleeper buses.
Seated buses generally cover long distances during daytime and connect two or more cities in different provinces.
The most common models of seating buses are single-deck coaches equipped with reclining seats and capacity for 30 to 40 passengers.
Sleeper buses generally cover long distances overnight and connect two or more cities in different provinces. Journeys can take up to 6 hours, so buses are prepared for passengers to sleep during most part of the journey.
The most common models of sleeper buses are double-deck coaches equipped with shared berths and capacity for 30 to 40 passengers.

If you wish to change your booking with Giant Ibis, please Contact Us. This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Giant Ibis. Change fees will apply.
No change for tickets on public holidays.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

In accordance with the policy of Giant Ibis, tickets are non-refundable but exchangeable for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
