The staff are super helpful and lovely to customers. The buses are on time and there are plenty of rest stops along the way. I travelled with my daughters and we had no issues. Thanks again to the check in staff, drivers, staff attendant's at Giant Ibis, you are all amazing! Barbara

Good service. The bus staff were very helpful with the border crossing paperwork. Would like to have had larger overhead locker storage facilities Kenneth
The travel took 8 h , instead of getting to phnom pen at 1430 we reached at 1630 Ehud
Jeremie
Except for the poor WiFi/internet connection and the bit too cold AC on the bus, everything was fine. Kind and helpful staff, included snack and water in the price etc. Balint
Bus ok, nice and kind staff, a small snack and a bottle of water is provided for each traveller. Stops every two hours so you can stand up a bit to have a coffee or quick meal and to visit the bathroom. They really care about you and your luggage. Balint
Bonne prise en charge, personnel au petit soin, collation ,eau, toilettes, arrêt our manger, et confort, PARFAIT, billet 17$ Par personne départ vers 10h arrivée vers 16h15 Jean
Very comfortable journey which took exactly 6 hours as per schedule. Two stops along the way for food and to visit the rest rooms. Air conditioning and wifi both worked as expected and the drivers were both great and we arrived without incident. Most comfortable way to travel Cambodia. Herbert
Nicolas
