Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your booking with Bang Phan, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Bang Phan. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 10% + 25,000 VND per ticket if 48 hours or more to departure.
- No ticket refund if less than 48 hours to departure.
No ticket refund for tickets on public holidays.
