Valoraciones
First class 6 beds sleeper car as stated during booking, 1 power socket in the compartiment, 1 USB-A socket per bed, AC, clean but small restrooms at the bigining of the trip, less so the next morning, train on time, we managed to put 5 big suitcases and 6 cabin size luggages in the compartment, Great view, the 3 food trolleys are not a decent option to get food and drinks. More fun and less time consuming than the bus for the Ninh Binh - Da Nang trip. Tickets and barcode provided by Baolau fully approoved by VNR. Tristan

No ac at the train Benjamin
The heritage train ride was very nice. We received one bottle of water each. In the pantry car was a musical performance. Alexander
Kind efficient staff very clean on time John
The train was beautiful and very clean! The cafe car had good snacks and service and the singer was so good. the scenery on the way is magnificent! Rohini
The train was delayed by 30 minutes at the time of arrival in Dong Ha. Alexander
We were a little surprised we had to pay to keep the coach exclusive for us, altough probably no other poeple had booked the beds in our coach. Pepijn
Great. But need to wash the bed sheet. Muhammad
Unfortunately, the USB electricity plugs in the seats did not work. Furthermore, there was no hot water at the dispenser in our carriage available. Alexander
Everything was perfect. Gerard
The toilet paper and soap was finished after a couple of hours. One step in the compartment did not work, which made it difficult to reach the upper bed. Alexander
Train was on time, beds as expected, we could sleep normaly. We would use Vietnam railways again. Irena
Philippe
In their own book says they have temperature control for comfort, that’s not true, at night is freezing. They move people to our cabin and charged fee for that. Mauricio
Booking with your company was exceptional , no hiccups at all, booking process nice and smooth , e vouchers worked no problems at the station . Very happy with your service Brian
All perfect Eric
We really enjoyed the experience but for us as westerners the mattresses are SOOOOOO hard. Maybe softer mattresses? Also a shame there are no daytime sleepers to Sapa. Overall a good experience. Toilets very clean. Jeremy
The staff was great, but the train ride itself was horrible. So noisy and not very smooth. And then at the very end of the trip, they were blasting music so loud I cannot even hear myself speaking. I purchased the VIP seats. They were OK. Nothing special. I will probably take the bus on my way back where it is more quiet and comfortable? Lam
Magnifique moment dans le HD4 ! Samuel
It was nice Yasmin
Relaxing travel. Good food onboard. Staff ensured we got to our cabin and ensured we didn't miss our departure stop. Tony
Everything went very smoothly. Train arrived on time, was clean, and the beds were more comfortable than expected. Had a great sleep. Only the waiting room was a bit confusing, but once the train came it was all great. Reka
Toilettes tres sales Vitalie
Good trip, no issues. Was very relaxing. Timo
Train ride was good but I booked tickets for the right hand side viewing but the carriage was around the other way when we arrived. David
Ver comfortable, on time and easy to find train compartment etc Cheryl
Nice scenery most of the way, and the train was on time. Equipment is a bit outdated, but Vietnam Railways is looking to upgrade. We would recommend this train trip. Hans
Easy ride Jack
The beds in our cabin were dirty when we arrived which was very frustrating because we were travelling with a baby. The breakfast we purchased for 100k vnd was very bad- Processed pastry and buns. Stephanie
Avons apprécié ce voyage au sein de la populations. Les sièges étaient très confortables. Claudine
The train car itself was very hot for being an air conditioned car. Shawn
In need of upgrade, cleaning could be better. Matthew
Booking was seamless. Boarding went easily. We had 2 medium suitcases and backpacks. All fitted in racks above us. Seats comfortable. Lots of food available on train. Overall a great experience with amazing views along the way. Patrick
Very clean with helpful people at the stations Patricia
We booked through baolau.com train tickets from Da Nang to Dong Hoi. The booking process was smooth and the e-tickets we received by email enabled us to pass through the entrance gate of the train station hassle free. Shun
Lovely harpist play on trip Vance
My booked cabin was dirty and I have been moved to different clean and cheaper one. Whats the point of reserving a cabin and seat and paying more? Paulius
The e-tickets provided a hassle free boarding to the train. Shun
Train more or less on time. Room for bags. Toilets on board ok. Aircon virtually non existent which made for a very hot 6 hours. David
I have been riding Viet Nam trains since 1990, so I wish I could say that there has been marked improvements in the comfort of the rolling stock over that time, but I'm really sorry to report that the current condition of many of the "soft seat, air-con" cars is very poor (Trips: Hanoi to Vinh and Da Nang to Nha Trang). Broken seats, air-con that goes off and on over the course of an 10 hour trip, and an audio system that either blasts information at high volume or at a level that is barely audible. On the positive side, there does appear to be efforts to improve the quality of the train in the sleeper cabin sections (Trip: Vinh to Da Nang), and the train staff are overall very friendly and helpful, but I can't recommend a long train trip unless you book a cabin. The VNR does offer pricier cars aimed at the tourist market. These seem to be well-booked when I travel in Viet Nam, so there is a market, but not one that is designed to include local Vietnamese. So, if you are young and hear Paul
The carriage with premium soft seats was very clean and comfortable although the toilets could have been cleaned more during our 8 hour journey. And the seats could be turned for direction of travel which was great. Karen
Parfois bouge bcp. Matelas un peu dur Lorelie
Absolutely amazing experience. The train is beautifully decorated and the scenery is breathtaking. Lisa
We had the only very old and worn out coach. During the whole 9h trip the AC was not working! Johannes
We enjoyed the journey and found the service reliable and straightforward Caroline
