Everything was fine, I just thought the food in the buffet car was poor, a very poor selection of snacks, I went just one hour into the journey and almost everything on the menu they didn’t have, I’m sure there was room on the train for a few extra boxes of potatoe chips and peanuts ! Philip

The young man serving us was very meticulous in serving us and removing the lunch wastes. He came through again later with a rubbish bag to collect use cups, empty bottles and other rubbish. The seats were comfortable and clean. Chee

ETS trains are very good, punctual and well staffed. For a long-distance train the toilet facilities need particularattention for the comfort and cleanliness the passengers. One other two small maintenance cleans would have made it a five star. Gary

Waiting for the train in station was fuss free, the train journey was first class, seats were excellent very comfortable and lots of leg room. We had lunch which was very good, the staff were very helpful and attentive,. The only let down was no WIFI on the train, I asked the attendant about it but he said he didn't know!! Jeffrey  

Outstanding service! After I left two valuable bags on board, the staff member caring for our carriage found my booking details and contacted me directly. He ensured my belongings were secured and transferred to the main office for collection. Professional, proactive and genuinely kind. I couldn’t be more appreciative. Golda
