Phuong Trang (Futa Bus) is a Vietnamese bus company serving routes between Ho Chi Minh, Can Tho, Soc Trang, Ca Mau, Rach Gia, Ha Tien, Chau Doc, Vung Tau, Da Lat, Buon Ma Thuot, Mui Ne, Nha Trang, Tuy Hoa, Quy Nhon, Da Nang and Hue.
Buses operated by Futa Bus
Futa Bus operates seated buses and sleeper buses.
Seated buses generally cover long distances during daytime and connect cities in nearby provinces.
The most common models of seating buses are single-deck coaches equipped with reclining seats and capacity for 30 passengers.
Sleeper buses generally cover long distances overnight and connect cities in distant provinces. Journeys can take up to 6 hours, so buses are prepared for passengers to sleep during most part of the journey.
The most common models of sleeper buses are double-deck coaches equipped with shared berths or individual cabins and capacity for 20 to 40 passengers.

The following change terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to change your booking with Futa Bus, please Contact Us. This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Futa Bus. Change fees will apply.
No change for tickets on public holidays.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Futa Bus, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund. This option is available until 24 hours before departure.
Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 20% of the ticket fare + 35,000 VND per ticket if departure on normal day
- 30% of the ticket fare + 35,000 VND per ticket if departure on public holiday
- No refund if less than 24 hours to departure
